Post Disaster Works

Rooftop Landing is a collective and relational performance designed by Post Disaster collective for the event “Scuola Popolare. Performance di Parola tra Gesto e Architettura”, curated by studioconcreto. It took place inside a INA CASA social housing complex in Lecce.

It unfolds as a two-phases happening: a demonstration through the streets of the neighbourhood followed by a collective ritual on the rooftop.
The participants interacted with a set of transparent flags with hand-written sentences extracted from the book “Agonistics ” (Chantal Mouffe).
The existing thermo-reflective silver paint covering the roof recalls the imagery of an alien landscape, a ground zero for new ways of living together starting from shared ideological statements.
